Ever since I was a child, I wanted to become a doctor and do something where I could actively use both of my hands.<\/p>

My journey took me from Backnang to Heidelberg, Kiel, Munich, and Ingolstadt, and then far away to China. There, I found my calling. Finally got answers to my many questions and was able to work “with my hands.” It’s very important to me to FEEL the body in different ways. To perceive the entirety of a person with all senses. This includes allowing the intuitive feeling after the conscious mind has done its work.<\/p>

It was an exciting time in China; altogether, my husband and I lived there for over 5 years. The first time, our two children accompanied us; they went to school there, and together, we were able to have many beautiful experiences and take trips. The external perspective on the familiar and the usual, leaving and questioning what is familiar, showed us the wide range of choices we ALL have. So, we chose Ingolstadt as our home. I found exactly the practice rooms where I could implement my vision of what my medical practice should look like.<\/p>

REN stands for HUMAN and at the same time, it translates from Latin to KIDNEY. The kidney plays a significant role in Chinese medicine, as it is where the life energy for the entire body is located. My name is Feng \u5cf0. I have been living in the beautiful state of Bavaria for 17 years. Fate led me to Germany via a roundabout way. After Munich was my second home for 15 years, I have now been living in Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm with my wife and my little son for 2 years.<\/p>

Born and raised in Huai’an, a very small Chinese city\/about as big as Munich, on the east coast of China, I moved to the cold north of China after graduating from university to study library science there.<\/p>

After my studies, I moved to Shanghai to start a job as a librarian at the university library. However, I quickly realized that cataloging was not my calling. I missed human contact in this profession, the conversation, the camaraderie. What I was passionate about was traditional Chinese medicine with its valuable treasures like moxa, acupuncture, Tuina massage, healing herbs. I was impressed and wanted to learn more, so I decided to pursue training in acupuncture, moxa, and Tuina massage at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.<\/p>

It immediately became clear to me that this training should be the foundation for my further path, not only professionally but also spiritually.<\/p>

Since then, I have taken many advanced training courses on topics in Chinese medicine, such as classical herbal medicine with Prof. Huang Huang in Nanjing, China.<\/p>

Last year, I completed another acupuncture training that included content on the philosophy of TAO, Yin and Yang, 5 elements acupuncture, and pulse diagnosis at the Tsi Mo School of Acupuncture.<\/p>

My life experiences, the knowledge from the courses and training, and the daily work with our patients make me the therapist I am today. An important point that is very dear to my heart and which is essential in my treatment is the connection between emotion and illness.<\/p>

As your therapist and health advisor, I also offer recommendations for life care such as balancing and relaxation methods to help you get back into ‘flow.’<\/p>
