In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Five Elements theory is a fundamental concept used to describe interactions and relationships between different phenomena. The Five Elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element corresponds to different organs, seasons, colors, and aspects of the individual, both physically and psychologically.

Season: Summer
Characteristics: Fire represents warmth, enthusiasm, and dynamism. It is linked to the circulatory system and speech clarity. Imbalances can result in anxiety, insomnia, and restlessness.
